   When filing emails to my hard drive i have to drag and drop to the right location, then rename them to suit my company's filing structure.

   Can there not be an auto naming preference rather than the .msg file being called the subject of the email? e.g. our filing always starts with reverse date, so an email subject xyz received on 1st January 2017 would be auto named as 170101 - XYZ
