Hello in https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/people can we have multiple folder options that the app can see all folders (like the desktop version can).

Reason: I have my contacts folders which the CRM pushes contact details to. And if I leave work I want my personal contacts in their own folder so it’s easy to take those with me and leave the work contacts is as they are.

    Hi,

More of my colleagues are being introduced to Outlook IOS. We are obviously comparing to the default Apple Mail and Calendar.

What would be good is separate notification settings for the calendar and mail ...like Apple. This way I have to have banners etc for General email however I can have these for calendar events / meetings etc. so currently ALL my emails would display on my lock screen which gets confusing with calendar events. If you can choose say, not to have emails displayed on your lock screen but have calendar events ...that would be useful.

Can we have as part of the selection when adding email attachments, a Favorites folder with shortcuts to frequently used folders on OneDrive, DropBox etc??

Hi, we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM on our PCs and iPhones/iPads.

On a PC I can create an appointment (meeting) in Outlook and then open it later, with the CRM add-in for Outlook, I can ‘track’ or ‘set regarding’ the appointment and it shows up in the actual Dynamics 365 CRM package.

Can we get an add on for dynamics 365 for Outlook IOS?? So I can do the same from my phone?

When using Windows with MS CRM on a PC you can create a meeting / appointment in your calendar and use the CRM addon to "Set Regarding" an account, opportunity, contact etc within the Microsoft CRM application. You can do this without opening the CRM app.

I'd like to have IOS Outlook do the same and not have to use the CRM app to make an appointment. This saves double handling an appointment.

I’d like the ability to add Quick Steps like the desktop version. Use the three dots...to access your Quick Step menu. I.e. Move to ‘folder’ and mark as read.
