Please move back to left or add a feature to let me chose where buttons are aligned.

When an attendee proposes a new time, the request should include a calendar peek showing my calendar at the proposed time. This would be consistent to how the calendar is displayed to recipient for new appointments.

Not having this feature requires me to open my own calendar and then navigate to the proposed date/time to confirm conflicts/conflict details, and then return to proposal and accept.

color selections need to be more obvious in the drop-down selector please, varying patterns of blue-grey is not useful.

Make email categories more obvious by highlighting entire preview box of a given email.

Categories are presently only denoted by a small colored box in inbox preview, and a ribbon in the reading pane. Suggestion is to make the entire inbox preview window for a categorized email fully colored for better visibility.

Why do we not have Cortana voice available for read aloud?

I just tried the read aloud feature, I like it, but surprised we have integrated the old windows Ease of Access reader rather than doing something exciting like using Cortana speech.

Two finger trackpad swipe in Outlook Calendar does not work the same way as it does in other MSFT and Office applications. It is sporadic at best, non-functional at worst.

In most applications, even in Outlook Email Reading pane, two finger trackpad swipe up/down reliably scrolls the content in response to inputs.

In Outlook Calendar, however, the sidebar always scrolls completely up or completely down, but the day-view content behavior seems erratic. Sometimes the content moves an hour, sometimes it jump3 three, sometimes it won't move. It SHOULD scroll equivalently with the swiping movement, just as reading pane does for email.

I want the frown back as well. It doesn't have to be on the menu bar, just make it an option on the Feedback tab.

Yes, really need this when travelling. When I go to China, network is slow and Outlook always tries to search cloud first, after 5-10 seconds says "having troubles finding results" and prompts me to search locally.
