  2. Change spam filtering protocols so that when I move email from the spam folder into my regular inbox, you recognize the sender as not spam.

    We have no control of our mail and here it goes in this program/app. I have had something coming to me daily for over 10 years and now it's only goes to spam and I can't undo it....

    I have contacts that when they send me mail it goes into the spam folder, I haven't set it up that way and I can't seem to get them to go to my inbox
