I agree, when you expend conversations in Outlook for Mac, it only shows you the emails that are located in the folder that you are expanding. On Outlook for Windows and Online, when you expand a conversation, it shows emails from all folders. Please update.

This is not a complicated feature. In the settings, have a Preview lines, then the next further option give 0, 1, or 2 lines of preview text. (Default is 2 line like it is now) This have been three years under review for such a simple thing. Could this be a patent issue that is stopping this from happening? Please help I’m plenent this quick easy feature.

This post was updated way over a year ago. It would be great to change the default folders in my iCloud from Outlook default "Sent Items" to iCloud's "Sent Messages" and also to change Outlook's default "Deleted Items" to iCloud's "Delete Messages". This was possible in previous version of Outlook, why did this change?!? Please support CalDAV and CardDAV Internet Standards for Outlook. This is something that would help email providers like iCloud and GMail to use and sync the Outlook desktop app not just for email, but also for syncing Calendars and Contacts. I'm not sure how the Outlook tasks (iCloud's reminders) and Notes sync, but it would be nice if those synced as well.
