    Hello all,

While this request is being reviewed for future consideration please try this workaround solution:

    • Click on the Deleted Items Folder
    • Click on View tab on the command bar
    • Choose “Change View – Manage View” command on the command bar
    • Click “New” in the right to create a new
    • Name the view “Calendar”
    • Pick the Day/Week/Month “type of view”
    • Click OK. Now you should get dialog that lets you customize the view.
    • Now click on Columns –
Change the select available fields in bottom-left to All Appointments Fields
Select the “Start” field on the left and Click Start → on the right.
Select the “End” field on the left and Click End → on the right.
    Click OK
    • Click on Filter…
    Click on the “Advanced Tab”
Click on the Field Drop Down – All Mails Field – “Message Class”
    You…

If I decline a meeting it disappears, but if I suddenly have time free up and can attend I don't see it on my schedule. This is why I rarely decline a meeting. I may send an email saying I can't attend just so the meeting stays on my schedule.

I disagree. The BCC on the original email should not be copied on every response. Any person who sends an email should know, absolutely, everyone to whom they are sending an email. Quite often I respond to an email by responding to the sender directly and the response is not intended for an entire group, let alone an unknown group. If this comes to pass I will have to stop responding on email and instead phone the person. Hmmm, maybe that isn't such a bad thing.

I agree. The user should be able to delete this pop up feature at will.

I prefer to get rid of the menu on the right side altogether. Whose idea was it to put it there in the first place? I want the extra room so I can see more text on the email in the preview screen. Or, tell me how to eliminate this menu bar. I tried the HELP button and, as usual, it gave me zero information on how to accomplish this.

Perhaps the only time I'll disagree with the comments. I don't use Cortana, I haven't seen it do anything worthwhile, it just gets in the way. I tried asking for help on a couple items and it was completely not helpful, just wasted my time. I went to Google instead. Microsoft hasn't provided any directions or instruction on how to use it effectively, so I just ignore it and turn it off where I can.

I'm just setting up my new computer with Outlook 2016. I couldn't believe that saving in pdf was missing until I read this. I had to check, and sure enough it is no longer there. This feature was on the previous version. I don't use this a lot, but when I do it is much more convenient than working around through some other option. Why would anyone think it was a good idea to remove this? Oh yeah, Microsoft would.

I don't agree with the suggestion to hide the attachment file size. I use this a lot to stay under the limitations of my recipients. I do agree the icons are ridiculous, and even more ridiculous is not being able to see the full file name.

Agree with comments below. Stop fixing things that aren't broken. Why this change was made defies logic.

I'm not sure everyone is talking about the same problem. A couple versions back I could resize photos when sending, but in the last version I could not. The result is that I could only attach a couple photos per email and had to send multiple emails, or send photos on thumb drive via FedEx. Not efficient or user friendly. Please bring back the ability to resize photos when sending.

Multiple reminders would indeed be helpful, and it appears to be a quick and easy fix. Again, Microsoft fixes things that aren't broken and that nobody wants, but doesn't fix the items that are actually useful
