A user's work and personal calendars, or multiple work calendars, can be listed under "My Calendars" in Outlook's Calendar module. This is a different area than calendars that are subscribed to, which are under "Other Calendars." In Outlook's E-mail module, the View tab controls what can be shown on the right panel, called the "ToDo Bar." If a user selects to show their calendar in the ToDo Bar, the only calendar that shows is the default Exchange calendar. The result is that the listing is inaccurate, because it omits data from other sources under "My Calendars."

This seems like an essential feature. As of December 2017, it wasn't even on the Outlook for Mac roadmap. Being able to see multiple SharePoint lists in Outlook is a fundamental requirement for (a) anyone using SPO extensively (b) without being always connected to their sites through a browser.

Searching in Contacts is barely functional, because searching for names brings up multiple cards due to the way Exchange/Outlook sometimes duplicates data, and there is no search functionality elsewhere in the database. Please add full-text searching within the Contacts database, so that a contact can be identified through a phone number, city, notes entry, etc.
