I just spent over an hour trying to find the FULL PATH to a folder i had created. It would be TRIVIAL for Microsoft to create a command to display that. They could make it a preference so that it would even display the path name when MOVING or COPYING TO were executed so we could see where we were truly moving items. PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN MICROSOFT!!!!

We should be able to click on the "Junk Mail" button to update a list of email addresses we want blocked, this is rudimentary. Conversely, we should be able to click on the "Mark as Not Junk" and have it add the email address to a "white list" so that it isn't sent to the Junk Mail folder.

The current "Mark as Not Junk" does NOT do this, which you would think that is precisely what it is supposed to do.

Instead, it only moves that single piece of email (while you may have a dozen from the same email address) into the Inbox folder.

The button should say, "Move this single piece of email to the Inbox".

    That would be honest.

Instead Microsoft makes you think you are doing something, but you're not.

add "direct" to labels, better yet, allow us to customize them, just like Apple does. Freedom sells, please give us freedom and let us out of the Microsoft JAIL!!!!!!

I do not use categories because it would be far too complicated for my business. I have over 50gb of stored emails that I MUST segregate by client into folders. It is of the utmost importance that I can easily see which folder an email is moved to

So, I need to be able to set a default view that allows me to see folders instead of some other column like categories consistently in every view.

The way it works now is you have to set the view to show the folder over and over again every time you click on a folder to view it.

It is incredibly stupid. Why bother to allow anyone adjust a setting only to make them do it over and over again?? Obviously, if they wanted to have something displayed in a certain manner, there is a strong likelihood they have a good reason that isn't just for one moment.

Please fix your very lacking software now.

it used to be that moving an email into a folder was simple, one click then drag to a folder. sometimes you would need to search for another folder. Now, unless your expand your Outlook window to at least 70% of the width of the screen, when you click to move an email, another subset of icons shows up and you have to click on the move icon again. What a pain!!!!!!

IT IS NOW 100% NECESSARY TO CUSTOMIZE THE RIBBON!!!! YOU HAVE MADE IT TWICE AS MUCH WORK TO MOVE AN EMAIL INTO A FOLDER NOW!!!!!

I HATE how congested the ribbon is now. I should be able to make my own just like in Excel!!!!!!
