Conditional formatting with color and fonts, which is available in the desktop client, is a great way to identify specific emails at a glance based on various criteria (sender, recipient, auto-forwarded, etc.) without first having to select a filter.

Adding the ability to let a specified number of customers book the same event to schedule classes, workshops, and really any sort of event with a limited number of participants, would be a great addition and is a feature we really miss.

It would be great to have signatures stored on the server instead of the Outlook app, so that you can choose the same signature regardless of device or platform without having to create the same signature everywhere. The setting whether to use a signature should be device-dependent. Some users might prefer a different signature when sending mail from a mobile device than from their PCs.

    Hi everyone,

Thank you for your resounding feedback that we should improve this experience.

We are planning to support this feature in Outlook for Office 365 subscribers. When both the organizer and the attendee are in Office 365, the tracking information of the meeting will be updated with the attendee’s response, without any email being sent to the organizer.

We will share an updated status when engineering work for this feature begins.

Thanks again and please feel free to continue up-voting and commenting on this suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Jenn

All of the users in our organization who choose to not send a response (not realizing that they're not telling the host whether or not they'll attend) do that to spare the host the extra email. None of them were aware of the setting in Outlook that can be turned on to automatically delete and process meeting request responses, which means that the host isn't likely to even see their response unless they added a comment. This is mostly a training issue.

Ideally, the contacts In Outlook for Android should sort based on the "File As" field in the Outlook desktop client. If that's not possible, then the user should at least be able to choose whether to sort on first name or last name. The current sorting is based on the Full Name field, which formats names randomly depending on the origin of the contact, sometimes with first name first, sometimes with last name.

I would like to be able to separate phone contacts from Outlook contacts. Outlook is a business app and I don't want to see my private contacts in Outlook, which is linked to O365 for Business.
