I see the new Group Bookings feature in our tenant, however, the behavior is not what we expected or need. The feature lets the Bookings site owner specify the maximum number of participants (customers), but the moment a customer books a time slot, that slot is no longer available for anyone else to book. To add additional customers/participants to this group booking, the Bookings site owner has to invite the additional customers.

This is very disappointing as it completely misses the point. What we need is the possibility to publish a booking on the Bookings site and then let the specified number of customers pick that session until it is full.

This would be an incredibly valuable feature to help decide whether a conference room is required at all. We often have meetings where even local participants might be working from home that day or need to join remotely for other reasons.

@carsten behle - That feature exists. If you're not seeing a tooltip at the top of the message before you send it, you'll want to check with your Exchange admins.

It is possible to copy and paste an event with all of its details by right-clicking and dragging the event to another place in the calendar. Upon releasing the mouse, you get the option to move or copy the original event. The date and time are determined by where you drag it to, but clearly it's possible to copy all of the details including subject, location, body, and attachment. Why is not possible to make this available to ctrl+c/ctrl+v or a menu entry in the ribbon?

This can already be configured by your Exchange admins in the conference room's settings using the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet with the ConflictPercentageAllowed and MaximumConflictInstances parameters.
