I'm also getting tons of spam from altearwax.com and my legitimate emails end up in spam. Half the time, Outlook ignores rules set up in Outlook.
I noticed the spammer sends emojis in the subject line and multiple "." such as xxxxxxx@altearwax.com Could these emojis and dots be confusing the spam filter?
