You can do this already, the top icon in the account menu is “all accounts”

While this used to be in order added, overnight things for some reason completely randomised and are no longer in that order. Very confusing when muscle memory goes to certain accounts by default. Doubly so when I cannot differentiate Exchange accounts by icon

When viewing a contact card in an email or a corporate directory, allow it to be added to contacts (ideally in a selectable account)

    Hi

I've noticed that when you have multiple accounts in outlook, recommended recipients (auto complete email addresses) for email bleed between accounts. This is a large risk when you're using the app for corporate work, especially when dealing with sensitive information. The autocomplete list also contains addresses for contacts that have changed over time (a contact that changes jobs) thereby prompting many addresses for a person that are no longer valid.

    Two suggestions:
    - allow the ability on a per-account basis to filter recommended recipients to one of
-- completely off (no prompt, so have to look up in the GAL each time)
-- prompt from only that account
-- prompt from all accounts (current behaviour)

    Secondly
    - allow the ability to delete an address from the list that is prompted, either by a swipe or a cross icon, much like you can in the desktop client.
    - tune the collection of addresses to prompt only addresses sent in the last few months (I'm seeing addresses from over a year ago), or within a configurable date range. Understood that it is hard to manage that list against changes in contact details....

Thanks, happy to elaborate further if you like.
