Thank you for reaching out to us. We just want to confirm if you are using the new Outlook beta experience instead of the older experience. To confirm this, can you verify if the Outlook beta toggle in the folder pane is switched to on? The issue you’re pointing out shouldn’t be present in the beta experience.

It says I am in the only view available--that I can't "switch back." The problem still exists.
