You've made a royal mess out of hotmail. YOu deleted contacts, I cannot change contact information - it doesn't save and the old info comes up, I cannot click on To and have my contacts come up - it's a mess - you've deleted contacts - or they are there and even if I type in the address, the contact still does not come up.
