Today’s date is Monday, February 18, 2019
Since Monday, February 11, 2019 my deleted items have begun accumulating and I have been unable to delete them from my Deleted Items Folder.
I now have 3,586 items that need to be deleted.
When I try to empty the deleted items folder it asks me:
Are you sure you want to permanently delete all the items in “Deleted Items”?
I click “Delete All”
It tells me:
Emptying folder (0 of 3,586)
The folder is being emptied
Then it tells me:
This folder is empty
Successfully emptied folder
Recover Items deleted from this folder (0 items)
Slowly but surely I am eating up the amount of storage that I have on that account, and soon it will become disabled and I will no longer be able to send or receive mail.
I have also tried to delete the items from different browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox, the result is still the same, the items delete and then reappear.
I need assistance form the Microsoft Webmail Support Team.
Please fix this problem.
This is the SECOND time in TWO weeks that this problem has occurred.
The first time that the Deleted Items stopped deleting was on Monday, January 28, 2019, and now it has happened again.
I do not understand why this keeps happening.

I have attempted to delete these item from various browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Foxfire. They delete and then reappear when I sign back in, so they have never deleted.

Deleted item don't stay deleted, they return to the deleted items folder, they don't go to the recover items, that folder remains at zero.
