The co-organisers should also all see meeting declines, allowing them all to monitor who is coming and not and spot when the meeting needs to be rescheduled due to lack of attendance

Imagine we have a thread with several people.

I write a message that says something like

    ---
Does anyone have any concerns about this plan

@Dave: Can you reply with the budget impact
    ---

Then some folks reply to the thread, and Dave doesn't notice that he was asked for a specific response.

Some feature should notice that and ping him to reply specifically.

This happens to me all the time in threads. People don't notice much below the most recent reply.

There is an option in mail to set 'do not reply all' using IRM technology. But this is a very big hammer, because it applies to every message in the thread. When I send a broad message and set 'do not reply all', I am not trying to make a statement about the replies to this message, just my initial, broad message.

It would be nice if there was a do-not-reply-all flag that was propagated more simply, without IRM, and which did not follow down the whole thread

I keep mail I have read and acted on in a folder called done. After I read several items of mail, I multi-select and drag it to the done folder. If my multiselection includes calendar items, it will sometimes try to create a new item that merges together text from all the items. This is not what I am looking for.

I sent a message with 'delay delivery' set to the following day. Later that same day I realized that I needed to make a minor edit to the message. However, I couldn't find it anywhere. It only appears in the outbox folder of the machine that I wrote it on. It did not sync to the server outbox or to any of the outboxes on my other PCs. I didn't know this (so I couldn't find it). Even if I had known that it was on just that one PC, I would to have checked several machines in different places to just find it.

The outboxes should sync to the cloud and all machines when it contains delay delivery items.
