Yes. Multiple reminders, each with a pre-set default, would be great. The current workaround, setting the single reminder, let say, 1 day before and then use postpone is a pain.
We have a 365 subscription and get a lot of info about updates. Most are done in the web app.
I believe that most people still mainly use the desktop apps and will do so for quite a while. That's your advantage, Microsoft! Infrequent users that prefer web apps use Google stuff anyways.
Also, for me, the main missing piece in Outlook is a small edit box above the folder list to quickly find a folder!
