I'll add to the din here. This is insane and I'm quite sorry I just ported my business over to Office 365. This lack of a unified Inbox in desktop Outlook is pure nonsense. Don't wonder why there aren't more comments here. Most people aren't even aware of such mechanisms for feedback. This is such a productivity siphon it's hard to believe professionals agreed that this was a good way to go. So, back to an OST with my exchange account and PST with 8 other emails that I need to see in UNIFIED mailbox. Wish I had known this sooner.

The number of features missing in microsoft's non-desktop software stuns me every day. I'm going to have to reinstall and then never touch "show folders again. I didn't even need to see them! Just curious. Now I have scroll through a tree structure over 100 folders deep to get to "Sent". Just nuts. I really don't know who tests these products befits they're released.

The number of features missing in microsoft's non-desktop software stuns me every day. This request is for Outlook for iOS. Same problem in Outlook for Android. I'm going to have to reinstall and then never touch "show folders again. I didn't even need to see them! Just curious. Now I have scroll through a tree structure over 100 folders deep to get to "Sent". Just nuts. I really don't know who tests these products befits they're released.
