All these awesome new features added ni the last day or so and I still can't reply with attachments or simply insert an inline image.
Regarding attachments, the solution has been given to MS a number of times right here. A simple separate button "Reply and include attachments". Of course you then have the other option "Reply all and include attachments". So perhaps it can be made a lot more simple. You just reply or reply all. Then in the email have a button "include attachments" and it grabs the attachments from the mail you're replying from. Seriously. It seems you could do this with just a few lines of code. The threads are already connected.

I never understood why MS insisted on removing perfectly good features.

The whole thing just needs more flexibility. Personally I would like to be able to move it up above Search Folders, Scheduled, RSS subscriptions (Why can't I make this go away? I have no RSS subscriptions!), Outbox, Conversation History....... Yeah. I think that gets it. Out of all of those I only look at the outbox and then only on occasion in case something got stuck.

Back in an older version of outlook when I got my first tablet PC, this was there. I don't remember when it disappeared but I would love to have it back!
Then I got to thinking about it. I opened a new email, right clicked on a blank space on the menu bar to customize the ribbon, and began scrolling through the menus and found "ink tools" in the tool tabs. So I added that as its own tab. But it seemed lacking, so I went through the "all commands" and found the "start inking" and "stop inking" and now it's almost as good as it was in Office 2010. Now if I could only figue out how to get rid of the lined background when I ink in outlook....another day perhaps.Kevin Freels supported this idea ·

Well, at least it's better than 2013 with its white light grey and medium light grey.

I can no longer print a email because the share to link is gone. Now I find I can't preview an attachment on an email I'm sending. Basic functionality Removed over the last year. Are you trying to drive us away from outlook?
