yes, please. i rely on this in Word 2011 and haven't upgraded because the new version doesn't permit it. I'd love to see this in Outlook.

Please add this back. I relied heavily on this for managing my staff schedule. Now it's very difficult to see just one staffer in my calendar -- or just my "teaching" category.

    Please return this functionality!

The latest update (March 2019) to Outlook permanently added ALL of my FOURTEEN (14) connected calendars to the sidebar. This is the definition of clutter.

Please let me hide these calendars. I need them only occasionally.

i used this several times a day. Now i have to remember another way to add categories to individual appointments - several times a day. It's a waste of my time and is a several-times-a-day annoyance.

Please let us see categories on the sidebar again!

I'd really like the option to run this monthly -- I don't want deleted items permanently deleted upon exit (sometimes I need something that's been deleted.) But an option to do this monthly would be terrific.

Agree. I wish i could hide the mandated-by-Microsoft folders that i will never use. Clutter is confusing! I'm looking at you,
"Archive" "Conversation History" "scheduled" and "Subscribed Public Folders."

I can't tell the difference between all my emails - color coding by category would be super helpful. A small block the size of a bold letter I is not sufficient.
