I tried to move a folder out of my Favorites folder. It appeared my only option that pertained to my intent was "Remove from Favorites." I chose this option, believing it would still show up under "Folders" like the other folders in my Favorites folder. Instead, the folder and all its contents seemed to disappear altogether! I did a search for the folder and it was not found. I exited the internet and even restarted my computer, to no avail. I could not find it in the Deleted Items folder. No luck there either. WITHOUT ANY WARNING, some CRUCIAL documents appear to be GONE FOREVER. What is going on with Outlook? This is just one of many problems I have been having. Are you trying to just shut down Outlook altogether? If so, please warn me so I can take action to forward everything to gmail.
