This is important for anyone who wants to use Bookings for online meetings. My workaround to this was to establish a recurring meeting in Skype for Business, and provide a link in the confirmation email to a web page with instructions on how to join the meeting.

The problem with that was using the same meeting ID left it open for anyone to join the meeting who had seen that meeting ID before. I need unique meeting IDs to keep the appointment private. And ideally this will happen through Microsoft Teams before anything else.

I REALLY like the different shading idea. I could see buffer as an available time for me, and be able to immediately see when the actual booking starts. Then I could have the option for me team to see whether I am physically busy on an appointment, or available if the need to call or message me.

This is NOT just an Android app issue, it is an integration with Outlook.

We definitely WANT the buffer to prevent appointments from backing up to one another -- but in Outlook, all I want to see is when my meeting starts (without having to open the appointment to see when the buffer ends and the actual event occurs).

You would also want to be able to display the overall calendar without the buffer before and after the appointment.

We never send the long URL, and instead use a customizable URL shortener that allows us to create an https shortened URL link that also tells us who has been going to our bookings page. The shortened URL is easy enough to remember, we can give it to people over the phone -- something you could not do with the conventional one.

I have access to personal, shared, group and even holilday calendars through Outlook, I should be able to similarly have access to the overall Bookings calendar in outlook. Thanks!

Similarly, should I get a booking, but can't make it, I should be able to decline through Outlook, and Bookings will cancel the appointment.

I have a similar issue. I try training the focused inbox by moving emails between focused and other, expecting that it will be able to see the differences, but it doesn't seem to do so. I don't want every email coming from the same address to go to focused -- most need to go to other, with a few going to focused. I know how to break them out, and if I could simply create a rule that would direct them to the right inbox, that would immediately solve my problem.

This still needs some work. The pull down to change the time zone seems non-obvious to my clients. We've had two issues over the last two days with this.

It's available now for E3/E5; I just stumbled across it, and am starting to configure it. From the ADMIN portal left nav bar go to:

Billing > Purchase services > Add-on subscriptions > Business Apps (free)

As of today, Bookings is the only business app available, however there is a promise of more to come to the E3/E5 userbase.
