This might have cut it years ago when Steve and Bill first came to an agreement. But we're all paying the same price for Office 365 now and a whole lot of us are getting a significantly inferior product for the same price. Is that even legal? Until you get it sorted, we get about half the product, we should be paying about half the price.

I use Outlook for Mac via Office 365 for work and have to actually prepare to send a new email to someone before I can double click their name to check the address then go ahead, or delete and try again depending on if the address is correct. I use apple mail for my personal email and a single click on a name shows me the address and options. I would have thought this was a basic requirement for an email program.

I find the search function close to useless. I often try to search in the sent folder using the name or email address and get nothing at all. In other folders I only receive partial results. I'm stuck with going through to manually find emails. They are always there but search doesn't find them. I don't know much about outlook for windows but searching in Apple Mail works really well.
