My normal reminder time is 5 minutes before an event. It would be great if I could change my default snooze time to be "1 minute before event" and if snoozed again "0 minutes before event". Right now, my first snooze default is "0 minutes before event". I don't need to join an online meeting 5 minutes early, but I don't want to join the minute as it starts. A 1 minute default option
    would be very nice.

Add an autoresponder option that a user can select that will enable the autoresponder to turn itself on and off according to "out of office" appointments in calendar. That way the user doesn't have to remember to configure it every time they are scheduled to be out of the office. It would be very convenient to be able to configure autoresponder to automatically take care of responding to emails when it knows I'm out of the office based on my calendar. It would need to also follow the other configured rules, if any.

Some people are commenting "simply copy the event and set your other desired reminder time on the copy and DONE!" but that's not an acceptable work-around.

If the original meeting is moved or canceled, the copy you've made will not reflect this and you'll have to manage all these extra meeting copies any time the original meeting changes.

The proper (and only real solution) solution is for Microsoft to implement multiple reminder support.

If I can access my Outlook calendar via a URL, I may try to subscribe to it in a Google calendar and set multiple reminders there. It's still a hokey work-around and depressing, but it would at least be something if it works.

You can create a Quick Step to create a meeting with a pre-defined list of invitees and boilerplate email body, but there is no way to also have it be a Teams meeting. Right now you have to click Teams Meeting every time after actioning the Quick Step to create the plain Meeting.

You can create a Quick Step to create a meeting with a pre-defined list of invitees and boilerplate email body, but there is no way to define the default start and end time. I have a meeting I routinely schedule (but it is not a recurring meeting that happens every week) but when I do schedule it, it is also on a Monday and always has the same start and end time. Right now I have to always pick the date and start and end times. It would be nice if those could be set in the Quick Step to reduce the amount of fix-up after the meeting draft is created.
