The ancient old desktop app supports it. Why the shiny new and improved wep experiences doesn't is beyond me!

Months later and guess what. It is now worse than ever!
In regards to only seeing 14 contacts – we are working on a fix, it should be available by Monday September 18th.
Search on name should also be available by then.
So was this fixed microsoft or is it just like everything else.....working on it?
This is a bug right now. If you change your default browser to IE, it should work. We are working on making it work again.
LOL so microsot....please do a post showing us the features of OCM that actually work properly? According to uservoice even though OCM is supposed to be a very light CRM. It cannot even do a simple list export. WOW. Ummm you guys own Dynamics 365, Sharepoint etc. Exel. Bloody disgrace!
This is a known issue and we are working on it.
Another example of how none of the basic promoted features of OCM simply DO NOT WORK.
Sharing files.....doesn't work
Sharing contacts.....doesn't work
Sharing timeline......doesn't work
Even opening the app in outlook.....mostly doesn't work!

We are not idiots microsoft. I will keep shouting here. It is obvious that most people just drop this software and move on. But if I am paying for something I believe in getting what I pay for. And when I don't I will make my voice heard. OCM is a broken product that doesn't deliver what it promises. How about some refunds microsoft?

Unfortunately the timeline is very misleading in OCM. The OCM timeline is not designed to share information such as emails etc between users. It is purely to show you your time with the selected contact. Don't expect to see last company communication with a contact type of functionality any time in the near future. The Dev team are still struggling many months later to get the basics working.
Hi Dennis...i love your comment "just like most crms" OCM is unlike any other CRM out there. None of the rudimentary functions of a basic crm can be found in OCM. It doesn't share contacts, it doesn't share emails, timelines are not shared. It is a huge task to convert contacts to business contacts. No productivity here i am afraid. I am just annoyed nobody else is getting annoyed. Is it because there are that few people using this product? I assume most people never get past the trial phase of this and just give up.
Hi Alexander. Its been like this since launch. OCM has never worked properly for anybody. They still havent figured out how to provide what they promote in their videos. I recommend you completely avoid OCM and look at other solutions.
We currently support several currencies. To change the currency. Go to the deals tab in the module, on the amount column click on the pencil icon. Here you can select another currency. Let me know if this doesn’t meet your needs.
so you fixed this weeks ago and still didn't even bother to update your customers on uservoice!!!! The team managing this software are so incompetent. How dare they ask users from community to invest their time in posting here when the actual dev team are asleep. I could be blaming the dev team in the wrong. It is most likely microsoft managers with their heads in the cloud not giving enough resources to the dev team to at least make a product that can do the basics
Hello OCM team. Its been a month since i posted and not even an acknowledgement? You remove functionality and limit OCM deal tracking to a tiny list of countries. You corrupt my business information and still not a word?
Disgraceful! No business in their right mind would trust this terrible piece of software.
this has been changed recently and now all my deal currencies have been changed to UK pounds. The currency we use is now no longer available in the drop down. It was previously a large list of currency options now we can only select between 5-6. What is going with this app going backwards instead of forward.
What is going on with this application. I opened it today and see that all my currencies have been changed. It is no longer possible to put our currency. The new option only shows 5-6 currencies as a blanket option. What is the team on this software doing? Removing features and screwing up our data!!!!!
hmmm...more like an active project with little to no activity. OCM is at best alpha grade software. User experience is a nightmare. The interface speed is like waiting for the earth to circle the sun. Sharing is a nightmare. If you want to have employees wasting countless hours of work time pulling their hair out trying to share a contact then OCM is for you. I have searched the web cannot find a single good review of this. It should dropped in its current form. Shame on you microsoft.
We are improving our import and are working on adding it back.
Working on it....but nothing done. I would love to see a list of items that the team has done in the last year that fix the many many issues with this app.
It is interesting to see how this uservoice is like a ghost town. I guess I am one of the few remaining people who actually complain when we don't get what we are paying for.

What is wrong with the team who are behind this ****!!! You removed all our currencies and leave us with 9 options. HELLO!!! there are more than 9 currencies in the world and now you just messed up all our deals!
