I have the same problem since 1 year. Setting up my ms Hotmail.com as an exchange account only syncs contacts 2 tye phone, anything edited or created on the phone gets overwritten on next sync. I tried the in outlook for android in-app help. The person got me to reinstall everything, but this did not help. The told me it must be a problem with my account, and sent me to the account team. The account team said there was nothing wrong with my account, and sent me back to the outlook team. They told me to buy an iPhone, as this syncs flawlessly.

Because it is only possible to sync contacts from hotmail.com/exchange to outlook android app, and there is no way to sync edits or new contacts back, android is unusable. This means I have to use my girlfriends old iphone 5c, as that syncs contacts both ways to/from hotmail flawlessly. When is MS or Google going to offer this?

When you go on holiday, no-one knows this, and they keep booking meetings for you. The only solution I have found is to create appointments each day from 9-6pm called "On Holiday, please ***", which more or less works, but is clunky.

Frequently, in addition to text, you want to draw some simple lines to convey an idea, or draw something you are talking about. As office doesnt come with any drawing tools, nor does MacOS, there is a serious lack.
