    Hello Outlook Team,

I was hoping to see if you can add a new shortcut in your Outlook app. Under the Siri Shortcuts, we currently have “Play My Emails” and a couple of other options. Would you mind adding a Create New Email voice command? That would be very helpful.

Because I do not use Apple’s native Mail app, Siri will not create a new email. What I get is “I don’t see an app called Mail”. I have to manually open up the Outlook app to do this. In search for alternatives, I used the Cortana app recently and found that it can generate emails via voice command, but I’d rather not have two apps to do one simple virtual assistant function and that is to email through the Outlook app using voice command.

Sure people can say just use Apple’s mail app but honestly, your Outlook app is the best. This would be a great feature as I use Bluetooth technology and don’t always have the ability to create a new email by opening the Outlook app manually.

Have an option to open Outlook email links in a default web browser. I am using the new Microsoft Edge Browser and I would like to know if it is possible to allow Outlook communicate with Edge when selecting links in an Outlook email.

    Thanks,

    JC Ferral

    Hi Outlook Team,

I love your app and the updates. I would like to make a suggestion. Would it be possible to have your outlook calendar as a widget? I am not referring to up and coming events widget that you currently have. I never like to use my iPhones default calendar or other third party calendar apps to view the rest of the weeks in a month or needing to reference another month.

I always enjoy updating my Outlook app and feel this can be a very useful secondary widget for iPhone users. I use the Outlook calendar for personal and professional reasons. Creating a shortcut to your calendar would be a big plus for a user such as myself that relies heavily on this intuitive app.

    Thank you,

    J.C. Ferral

Please add categories to your calendar. My company uses Outlook for various projects. Our pc version of Outlook has many categories to help make appointments easier to reference. Outlook devs, please make this possible.
