    We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently don’t support the ability to open shared mailboxes or other mailboxes that you have permissions to access.

    To open these mailboxes, you can access Outlook from a desktop browser (by requesting the desktop site in the browser settings) or use the Outlook mobile app that can be downloaded from the iOS and Android app store.

    "use the Outlook mobile app that can be downloaded from the iOS and Android app store." would be great if that worked all the time. This however only works for mailboxes where you have full mailbox access to. Not for mailboxes where you have access to select folders, including top folders. Also dont understand the stance Microsoft takes here. It worked before but now its gone. Too bad. Thats like taking away toys from a baby.
