I would like to use iMessage on my Mac and see not just the senders' phone numbers but also their names from my Outlook Contacts. Just like I do on my iPhone. It would be nice if Microsoft and Apple could figure out a way to ensure this. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Microsoft Outlook Support told me that this feature was recently removed "by design" in Outlook for Mac (but not in Outlook for Windows).

It is unacceptable that other people can now "colorize" my calendar via categorizing their meetings (incl. their meeting requests) with THEIR categories, and I cannot change them any longer. I want to categorize my calendar with MY categories. A rule to remove the category of a meeting upon receipt is no longer available either.

Further, it is very often the case that I am not able to attend a meeting for its full duration. I need to adapt the start and/or end time of the meeting to make it fit with my other appointments. I'm aware that if the meeting organizer sends an update, my own manual changes are lost. That's how it had been for 15+ years, and it was okay. There was a warning, and everyone was aware of that challenge. We dealt with it. But taking this option away completely is not a solution. It made the issue bigger.

Please reconsider your recent change and introduction of limitations.
