When you make a change in a single event/day for a recurring calendar entry, the app does not recognize changes made from your computer. The app calendar will only display the original recurring event. The app does not appear to recognize partial changes to a recurring event and a manual or periodic sync needs to be added to compare the actual contents of calendar entries for changes. I have noticed this problem with both ICloud and Office365 accounts
