Please make in Outlook it possible tot create one or more standard weeks, you can put with a push of a button in your new week.
I am a teacher(private music schooll) and there it does not work with recurring appointments. Sometimes there is a project week, then the planning is totally different, sometimes there is a week's vacation, than the week is totally fifferent too. And when the normal lessons start again, I must make all appointments new.. I have previously made a week in 2000 in which I manually copy all appointments. That is not very convenient and it goes often wrong.
The principle of a standard week I have known in a PDA calendar app that I used between 2008 and 2011. Why Microsoft has not yet this possibility?

I recently switched from Office Outlook 2013 to 2016. What I had not asked for: the colours of the categories (which I ude in my calender) are suddenly very bright. Why should these things that were good be changed? I do not like it. I suggest the possibility that you can adjust the colors for categories. You might think of a basic setting that can be adjusted.

I suggest the possibility of creating sub-tasks. Many tasks consist of several subtaks. it would be very valuable to the list as a task can be divided into multiple sub-tasks. the hours of the subtasken can then be added together.
Furthermore, I propose also to create more opportunities for prioritization. You only have 3 categories, many competitors have many more opportunities to organize tasks.info@wietsemeinardi.nl

Please add the possibility to duplicate a Task (and an event in Calender also). Iknow that there is the possibility repeat it dayly or weekly, but there are many accasions that that is not useful: many tasks end events don't have regular intervals.
