We were able to try OCM (2 person office) and the product did not meet our needs. Sharing and updating a client file was not even possible. After waiting for over a year for MS to release OCM and zero support for all the BCM customers, we ended up migrating our BCM data to Redtail. Their customer service is wonderful, a real person actually answers the phone! Our invaluable client data was migrated by the Redtail team. We were nor willing to trust our data to MS again as it is clear they do not value or support small business clients. Very disappointed with the OCM product, not worth the money for premium or the frustration is a poorly designed product with no customer support.
