This is actually a bigger issue. The most recent version of Outlook 2016 as of January 2017 is opening messages in INTERNET EXPLORER in Windows 10. Your flagship product should not be opening messages in a depreciated product.

At a minimum, Outlook should be opening messages in Edge.

    ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Rose R.:put notes in the appointment when you reschedule it.

Markus: send a "Tentative" response with a note that you have a competing appointment.

I love that folder icons were added to favorites. However, it would be better if the icon in favorites carried over the "special" icon (inbox/drafts/search folder) rather than using the generic folder icon for all favorites.

This is technically available in the "Folders" view, but you lose a lot of Mail specific functionality.

Touch/Mouse mode toggle already exists that changes the spacing.

    Search folders do exactly this...

Otherwise you should be using Categories and keeping all of the emails in one folder.

You’ll need to explain and justify your use case to make any traction on this request.

Why do you have unread messages in subfolders you need to access via Unread Count? Typically unread messages should only be in your inbox. If you’re using rules to filter incoming messages into multiple “inbox” folders, there’s a better way. Use Search Folders to sort and access your incoming messages by workflow (Approvals/From Boss/From external/etc). All unread messages stay in the Inbox folder and the Unread Count reflects all of your unread messages.

And if you need Unread Count for archived messages, you’re just doing it wrong… research some email management guides. Once an email leaves your inbox, you should be done with it except for reference, Unread status should never come into play.

    ALREADY EXISTS

Most recent version of Outlook 2016 (and other office programs) has "Save as Adobe PDF" under the file menu.

I disagree with the OP. This is standard ribbon behavior across all office apps.
