    You are putting obviously legitimate emails from companies like Argos, Virgin Money, Barclays Bank into Junk Email, thus proving your automated filters are completely rubbish. If I wasn't getting SMS reminders I would have missed out on an important email. Sort your **** system!

    Please sort out your junk mail filter. I've just gone through my Junk Email and out of 49 emails classed as Junk, 10 were not junk. I keep marking emails like this as not spam and they keep going into junk mail. Why? One of the emails was from Tesco.com!!! Emails from Tesco have always rightly gone into my inbox and then randomly you move one to junk mail. Why?
    I have two other family members experiencing similar issues with Outlook. If this issue isn't worked on then I will look to move myself and other family members to a better provider.

    I just got a phishing email from British Gas and Outlook is not showing the email from address. Why? You idiots. Way to help people identify dodgy emails.

    I've just gone through my Junk Mail. Over 30% of the items in my junk folder are not Junk. Why is your filtering so atrocious? Why does your software NEVER learn. I've even added a couple as safe senders and you STILL put new mail from them in the junk folder. I'm going to look for another email provider because Outlook is f*#king GARBAGE!
