Safelinks have rendered Outlook 2016 and Windows 10 Mail App useless. Now when I click on a link, Edge opens a new blank tab, and then stops. It's impossible to decipher what the 'safe' link is pointing to, and it's not possible to copy and past them either. I understand that I need to contact Technical Support, who then forward the request to another team that can take up to two days to implement.
