The new Junk Mail Filter this year renders Outlook.com useless. I plan to close my account of 26 years and drop Microsoft 365. This is shameful.

My business emails are sent to Junk repeatedly!! No thank you.

BROKEN JUNK MAIL FILTER. I am a 26 year user of Hotmail. I have Microsoft 365, Office Pro, but I mostly still use Outlook.com for business.

My CRITICALLY important messages going to junk mail even after I select them as NOT JUNK. Am I going to manually add each critically important person to my safe list? No! I will completely dump Microsoft and buy Apple and Google. This is ridiculous. I am very sad about this. I have brought many people to create hotmail accounts over the years. I need to tell them to close their accounts now. You turned Hotmail into AOL. Shame on you.

Why do I get advertising on Outlook.com when I have Office365? This is ridiculous! I don't want to set up another email account. I want to use the same Hotmail.com and private domain name I have used for decades. If you make me change my email, I might as well drop Outlook.com all together and switch to Google. Why is Microsoft pushing people away? Last week, my private domain email was classified as spam because I send myself email from my own accounts. This week..... more chaos.
