I'd settle for the ability to move it someplace way out of the way! Where it is now as someone else mentioned is very inconvenient to say the least.

I couldn't agree with you more. The recent changes to Outlook as well as most of the other Office items are making them look much more childish and less professional. I also as you mentioned require more time on the users behalf to complete many tasks.
I'm sure the kings are meant for the millennials but at least as of now they are not the largest year of the users. The package should become easier to use, not look simpler!
