Slightly amazed that Microsoft has deleted a feature and then is asking users to vote for it as a feature to be created. No wonder Mac users are constantly looking for Microsoft alternatives.

When someone emails me about a time I window around the place between calendar and inbox and get disoriented. Have been using Apple native calendar instead. It's clumsy.

Yes please. I split my time between two Australian timezones which are towards the bottom of a long list.

These days I find myself using Apple Calendar purely because I can select timezones quicker by typing in the first 2 letters of a city.

Clutter had more sophisticated rules. If an all-staff broadcast comes from the same inbox as someone important (say your CEO), then it's either in Other or Inbox. No nuance. The Other inbox is nicer than Clutter but lacks nuance. All the suggestions here are good.

I'm checking my email many times a day only to find there's nothing that needs my attention. Really really annoying and flies in the face of all the literature on productivity. C'mon guys, pls fix.

It would also be really helpful if completed items (flag = complete) were sorted to be last. So flagged items (to be done) are first, new items (no flag) are next, and completed item (complete) are then pushed out of view. Current workflow puts to-dos first, then completed items second, and items to be triaged right at the bottom. It's just not good flow.
