Specifically, in "Settings" under "Calendar Appearence" the options for "Show hours in" should provide "1 hour increments". This would help compress the "Week" view.
Best suited for personal calendars where short items are less common.
I had a Lumia 800 and upgraded to a Lumia 820, then another 820. It has several strong colours and several more secondary colours. That is Windows Phone 8.x and the colours are very pretty.
Outlook.com Calendar has the same 18 colours (9 colours in 2 modes) as Windows 10 Mail app on desktop. You can only access 9 colours at a time, because only 1 colour mode can be active at a time.
Windows Mail 2012 makes 15 colours available from a 5x3 grid.
Outlook.com Calendar could provide all 18 Windows 10 colours with a 3x6 grid.
Calendar app on Windows 10 scrolls perfectly. We would like the same behaviour for the website.
Yes, I miss this a lot from Windows Live Mail 2012. That program isn't supported now.
Outlook.com calendar could provide it the same way. Right-click a calendar item, click a "Copy" menu item. Right-click a day or time in the calendar, click a "Paste" menu item.
Showing all items and supporting scroll wheel would be ideal in Month View. Especially with the variety of screen sizes available. 1600x900 laptop, 1920x1200 2nd screen.
Agenda sidebar should be covered by other ideas. (I like it.)
You can middle-click or Ctrl+Click or Apple+Click or right-click and choose "Open In New Tab". Just like any normal link you find on a website.
This should be closed.
Thanks for the detailed feedback and comments on this. Like you’ve noted we, as a company, have put work into tasks and task management before and it is an area we continue to give thought to as there is still improvement to make. I will pass this feedback and the comments on to the right folks for more consideration. If I can share anything substantive back, I will. Thanks again for the feedback and engagement.
