We’re sorry people are experiencing issues here. We have gone back to the old behavior for the left-hand folder tree to always show since last year and we hope this has addressed most issues.
There are some reports in the comments about individual folders not showing up. In order for us to get to the bottom of the issue, please post as much detail as possible in your comments. What steps are you taking? Which browser/computer/operating system are you using?

Also why does it go to draft 3 seconds into writing an email. I am wasting too much time on here lately. Where is the help desk that responds to problems like deleting contacts?????

Thank you for saying this. It's a disastrous mess. Every time I'm looking for something from 1 person and I use the search, it will let me check one email and then reverts back to the inbox. The color coding initials iin the reading pane are distracting and it takes forever to locate a particular e-mail. The Cloud is a damned nightmare, and now there is no way to delete contacts. When things are good, just leave them be. This is just a headache, and I know it's free, but if I paid for it I'd really be angry and you would definitely lose my business. On top of all this, I'm being inundated with **** and girls trying to get with me. I'm a girl and don't appreciate it.
I would like you to block all unrequested **** automatically. Not only is it unwanted and disgusting but it won't even go away. I have mark phishing and black several times before it deletes.
