Rules -- would be great to be able to sort ALPHABETICALLY or by LAST UPDATED DATE.
Right now, it is very hard to spot duplicates.

Also, that had to be a better way to drag RULES up & down the list.

Header 1: The nine-dots, "Outlook", search bar, Options, ?, Avatar.
Header 2: The three-lines, + New Message, Delete all, Mark all as read, Undo.
Could have combine both to make it into one line.

Would be great if user can specify more colors for CALENDARs instead of being limited to the 12 colors.
This is especially useful for people with subject-timetables (university students) where each event is color-coded to a particular subject.

Google Calendar has a far bigger basic color range for different calendars, and in addition allows user to create any color using hex html codes (for both text & background).

In CALENDAR, it would be great it user can click on an event and DUPLICATE it (do not close the window yet), then specify the new dates / calendar for this newly duplicated event.
    (Just like Google Calendar's).

    Example 1
e.g. Some events happen over the week (5 days): Mon-Fri, 5-9 Dec.
This event duplicates for the following week, Mon-Fri 12-16 Dec.

    Example 2
Child 1 has event called "Language school Term 1 1/9" (term 1, class 1 of 9 for that term).
Child 2 also has same event on his own calendar.
As a parent who can edit both calendars, it is easier to duplicate an event & just change the CALENDAR (Child1 / Child2), and/or title of event (classes 1/9, 2/9, 3/9 etc)

The CATEGORIES no longer have color.

    WHY?

There is too much white space in the email (when open) at the top (SENDER, DATE, CATEGORY).

Please can we have the PAGES back in the FOLDERS.

I can gauge how old emails are by the PAGE NUMBER I am on.

Now, there is no point of reference.

Like a spaceman stranded without his galactic GPS.

    Please reinstate the PAGE VIEW.
I used to be able to jump to pages.
Now, it is just endless "displaying more ..." at the bottom & some waiting.
No page means no sense to relative position in the Inbox Folder.
It feels like falling in to a bottonless pit with reference to time and space.
Why copy from such as PINTEREST when you can lead?

Just this alone makes me want to jump ship to another email provider.
And I have been with you since Hotmail, since 1997.

The left hand panel containing FOLDERS, CATEGORIES take up too much room.
E.g. the amount of space to the left of "Inbox" is unbelievable.
Why have such a big space?
