This is the biggest compromise with doing emails on mobile devices with Outlook currently.

Have a radio/toggle button to optionally include signature in an email.

Some emails require it, some don’t. At the moment, signatures are kept off but every time you have to save email, exit, navigate back to settings, signature, switch on, copy and paste signature, switch off, return to saved email, edit...
Or if signatures are kept on you have to highlight text and manually the signature from most emails, which don’t require it.
The button would not occupy more space on the screen as there’s already a bar there for the attachments button etc.

Most don’t want to have a signature in their emails to colleagues and everyone that already has heir contact details, however you want it in the other half of emails that include those without your contact details.
Outlook iOS is arduously long-winded to do this currently.
When writing an email you have to save & exit email, go back to inbox, menu, settings, signatures, scroll down, switch on, copy signature, switch off, exit settings, go to drafts, open email, paste signature..! For every email that you want a signature in.
Or alternatively have signatures switched on and manually delete from every email reply you don’t have your signature clunking up your emails.

Please add a simple button in the space already taken up at the bottom of the compose email window where add attachment etc buttons already are.

An easy option in each email to switch signature on and off, rather than having to manually highlight and delete the signature for 80% of emails, or equally if it’s switched off, not having to go into settings each time you write an email to a new contact to switch it on.

This is critical and so backward that Outlook iOS can't display emails properly. And there's nothing you can do about it. Gmail, Mail and other mail apps have ensured readable automatic font size all the time. When will this be sorted. Going to look at options to move away from Outlook.

No basic email folder management ability with the Outlook app. Needs sorting out urgently as makes the app very cumbersome. Can't even rename folders nor make choose they are placed/subfoldered. I know some businesses that do not use the Outlook app because of this!

Add the function to be able to move/manage mail folders
