Same problem here, sending "blocked" emails, senders, domains to junk mail really doesn't accomplish anything. I understand this is by design, but it is REALLY frustrating. We should be able to block at the server level. However, one suggestion, give us a "bounce " button to send the email back to the sender with a fake message like "not a valid address" or something like that.

Left this in the beta comments section as well.

Need to block all common and well known spam automatically, or gives us a tool to do it. This would include blocking "camouflaged" spam.
Like this: **Viagra*Cialis**, V!agra-C!alis, RXVIAGRA, VXViagra, Viagra___Cialis*. There is an infinite list of these, sure you have seen them all.
System should recognize this "camouflage" trick and block, not send to junk.
This would include all the many forms of Canadian Pharmacy ( Candian Pharmcy, Canadian-RX- Pills, etc, etc ,etc.

In addition, need to permanently block all of the well known phishing spams such as: WhatsApp Reminder, Whats APPreminder, Whats app Reminder, Google Notification Reminder, G+Support, Google Service, Service Facebook, ServiceFacebook, SupportFacebook, FacebookServiceAdministration, UpdateFacebook, AccountsFacebook, etc, etc, etc,. Sure you've seen all of these as well.

Need to block in Header, Subject and Body. Can you send you a long list if you wish. As you know the sender and ip address changes on each email and those are infinite as well. No use blocking a sender address except in special instances not associated with spam.

Also, need to be able to perform a function on a spam email without opening it. Do not want to open any spam. Just want to highlight and perform a function ( report as phishing, block, etc).
In line with that, do not want Outlook to automatically open the email that precedes or follows another email. Now, if I delete an email, the following email opens automatically. Not good. This occurs in the junk file as well.

    Thanks
