We used to be able to copy an email to a folder within Outlook (ex. if you want to save a copy of a Sent email into a project folder, rather than move it). It was so simple - you'd just hold the Control key (if I remember the key correctly) and drag the email over into the folder. This no longer seems possible with the New Outlook on the Mac. Can it be reinstated please?

I found a workaround that entails going into the top menu bar, selecting Move and then telling it to copy - very laborious and confusing! I prefer drag-and-drop. :)

Allow some way to copy/duplicate an event on the calendar. It used to be possible to hold the Option key (if I remember correctly) or maybe the Control key and then drag a meeting on the calendar to another day, which duplicated it. This is not longer possible.
