We’re sorry people are experiencing issues here. We have gone back to the old behavior for the left-hand folder tree to always show since last year and we hope this has addressed most issues.

There are some reports in the comments about individual folders not showing up. In order for us to get to the bottom of the issue, please post as much detail as possible in your comments. What steps are you taking? Which browser/computer/operating system are you using?

    Thank you for your help.

I support this - what's the point of an alias if any email displays my profile name? If I change my profile name each time I email via an alias, it works but is laborious and Outlook.com sends me an email every time - what a waste, when all that's needed is a separate profile name for the alias email

Yes, the removal of the "go to" button has made searching for emails in the inbox a nightmare - and just about impossible on a tablet!

I just want to be able to turn off the preview plane when accessing Outlook.com on my tablet!! Practically unusable at present.

Couldn't agree more. Even though I log in through an internet browser, I get a totally useless display on my Android tablet - with a huge preview screen that I don't want and can't get rid of and can't even make smaller! Awful!

Absolutely! The "groups" in People are now useless. I will have to change email server if I continue to have to type in loads of addresses every time!
