When I say something is NOT JUNK, that means that I want emails from that sender to land in my inbox from that point on. Instead, the same emails keep landing in my Junk folder even though I have marked them as not junk many times. Outlook.com should remember this choice, or what's the point of having the Not Junk button? I can always *read* an email in my Junk folder. The reason I click Not Junk isn't simply to move that one email to my inbox, but so that emails from that sender will always go to my inbox by default.

I’d like to give everyone a somewhat complete update on this feature request.

The feature “Undo Send” has been available on Outlook.com for a while now. With it, you can set a small delay of up to 10 seconds when sending all your email messages.

Additionally, we plan to make available a bigger feature that is along the lines of “Schedule Send”. At the moment, I cannot provide a time estimate for when it will show up for you. However, we’re very excited and hopeful :)

Add an option to schedule an email to be sent at a specified time and date.

Yes, we should be able to tap the paperclip icon, and "File from OneDrive" should be an option.

The left side panel (with all the inbox folders) can be expanded and collapsed. When it is collapsed, the icons for Inbox, Junk Mail, Drafts, Sent Items, etc. should be visible and clickable in the far left bar (where the Mail, Calendar and People icons are on the bottom). This way you could still navigate between various mail folders while that panel is collapsed. Or, the panel, when collapsed, could expand on hover (as in the new Gmail UI).

I would like an option allowing you to "unsend" an email immediately after you tap Send. It only has to give you a 10-second window or so. Useful if you accidentally send before you're ready!
