  7. Custom contact labels like in iCloud and Gmai. Exchange contacts are very limited with the restricted fields.

    I am surprised at the lack of text fields that Outlook offers on;y 3 for email address, no relationship fields (spouse, parent, child, etc, no social media fields (Facebook Twitter, etc), android has all this and outlook doesn't.

    it boggles my mind that you can't remove a user's image from outlook.com or do any things with contacts within the Outlook app everything is outside if you delete a contact it's gone, I'm like outlook.com we need a People app.
