Thanks for your patience. We’re putting Hiding the “Conversation History” folder (and other empty, unused folders) under consideration, for possible Outlook.com improvements.

Another option could be to customize the toolbar as we want. Then one can remove the archive from the toolbar.

I want to also add. What about resizing the various panes.

When the ad area was added many of the e-mails reading area were cut in two. Blocking the view of parts of the e-mail. I had to resize the view to much bigger to be able to see the area that was cut. The ad area is too big. As an earlier subscriber to hotmail in which I paid 15$ a year I am now forced into subscribing to Office 365 to get the ads removed. This was handled very poorly.

1. There should be an option to disable Skype (so it is not seen in the top right toolbar).
2. There should be an option to integrate the Microsoft Skype account and my other normail Skype account.Paal Joachim Romdahl supported this idea ·

I will add on to that and say make it easier to edit an e-mail address.

Right now the delete button is disconnected from the e-mail preview pane. (Too far to the left and a toggle button area that takes up too much space.) It would be nice to have the delete button directly above the preview pane.
A good option would be to give the user the option to customize the toolbar reordering the menu options to their liking.
Along with many others I too want to remove Archive, Notes and News. It would be great with an option in the setting to choose which default folders to show or hide. Thanks.
I want to continue using the Folders view where all my folders are located.
