Please add mailtips to mac. They are incredibly useful for avoiding common email mistakes.

We have had half a dozen instances where someone sends an email to the All company distribution list about an event happening in the company. Outlook allows a recipient to create a calendar event based on that email (usually by clicking a date or time in the body)

The problem is Outlook invites the sender and all CCed by default to the event. This causes the person to invite the entire company to their meeting when they only intended to create a personal calendar event for themselves.

The default behavior of creating calendar events based on emails should be to not place distribution lists or groups in the invitees list. Or at least create a confirmation before saving the event.
