    UX design is supposed to improve the experience for users .... this new lookOutlook is a vast step back. It does show half the information I need, half my email accounts just dropped off the planet. and it takes up so much space its now worth switching to another mail app. Very disappointed this has been foisted on us. As the leading mail app in the world, Microsoft has a duty to be much more careful. Or people will vote with their feet (eg Myspace.... mywhat???)
